The hallmark of a successful medical business! Bravo!! The security at the entrance is very tight, intercom, buzzer door release, camera, the works. Located in the seclusion of the semi industrial area, parking is a no hassle. Upon entering, this business begins to reveal the gem in store for the prospective patient. It is a Beautiful spacious environment, modern interior, functional design and clean inviting atmosphere. Where this establishment ultimately shines however, is with the warm genuine patient care. You get the feeling you’re with family, and you’ve known these people for a lifetime. I truly felt these people actually cared about me and I was not just another another data point or income ticket. The warm familiar treatment started with the phone conversation. I was instructed as to what was needed for the first visit and other basic instructions, notably their strict no-show policy. The receptionist were awesome and most friendly. All this warm friendly treatment culminated with nurse yang and Dr Farooq. Beautiful people! You are spoken to with deep abiding concerns. They took the time to explain and gave me space to digest and comprehend what was being said. Very beautiful indeed. If you have no medical reasons to visit this establishment, it is worth the visit if only for the sheer experience of how people ought to be treated, sick or not. A very good reminder that we are all in the ship of life together and not necessarily in a race for profit, wealth and gain. Great experience! For several years I have suffered with daily pain in fear of what it would take to fix the problem. I visited Dr. Farooq's office for the very first time on 12/4/20. At that time he and his staff made me feel so confident in his ability to fix my condition with a minimal amount of pain & recovery, that I scheduled my surgery that day for 12/16/20. Everything since then has happened exactly as he said it would. Today is 12/29/20 and I feel like a new man. No pain since 12/20/20 and just a minimal amount of discomfort that is improving by the day. If you are looking for a doctor that genuinely cares and takes the time to listen and answer ALL your questions, look no further than Dr. Farooq.
